CompTIA plans to revamp its very popular Server+ certification, which was first introduced in February, 2001, late this fall.
The revised exam "will feature new technologies and best practices." Server+ is a vendor-neutral certification meant to validate
18 to 24 months experience as a sever technician. Stay tuned for an announcement regarding a beta exam, which will be used to
validate new questions.
The good news for those who plan to complete their Server+ certification before the new exam is released is that CompTIA
certifications are lifetime certifications.
