Cisco’s exam 642-432, “Cisco Voice Over IP Exam” (CVOICE) is a core requirement for the five-exam path to the Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) certification. The Cisco Voice Over IP exam focuses on implementing and supporting data and voice integration solutions at the network-access level.
CVOICE lays the foundation for gaining hands-on skills and significant understanding of packet telephony by presenting the technologies that are common for both Enterprise and Service Provider students.
This exam will be of benefit to Network Engineers, Network Architects and Network Support professionals who:
Install and configure voice and data network devices
Take requests to add voice and data services/applications to the network
Perform traffic analysis
Design networks to maintain a high quality of service in an integrated voice/data environment
This exam costs $125 USD. You can take the exam at any Prometric or Pearson VUE.
Cisco does not publish the pass score for this exam, which can include these types of questions: “multiple-choice single answer, multiple-choice multiple answer, drag-and-drop, fill-in-the-blank, and simulations.” The exam has between 55 and 65 questions and lasts 90 minutes.

Voice isn't really my specialist area more routing switching and security so struggled with this a bit, but scraped through.. Found that the 75 minuutes for 60 questions wasn't enough for me as some questions have quite lengthy scenarios... also not sure if these are adaptive however one type of questioning kept coming up for me.. know SIP and know signalling between PBX's and routers
